Balos members get free Standard & Expedited shipping on every order — Fast ships at a flat $14.99. Non-members get free Standard shipping on orders over $50.
Returns & CaseSwap
Not feeling it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused case in its original packaging for a full refund.
Members don't return — they swap. Your first CaseSwap unlocks 30 days after joining, then every 60 days: keep your phone, refresh your style, ship us the old case and we handle the rest. Inspected returns go to our Second Life shelf.
